Meet Our Team
Nols Kotzé (Senior)
Partner at KJA Group Holdings, worked at both Veka Limited, and M Bertish and Company LTD, for a period of 24 years. Nols was the head fabric buyer and later became a sales director and marketing director. He founded KJA Group Holdings in 1986 which became the most prominent residential project marketing company in Gauteng. Nols later lead KJA Group Holdings in diversifying its business to include the development of residential projects and major township developments. Nols acted as Chief Executive Officer of the company until the end of December 2012.
Nols Kotzé (Junior)
Chief Executive Officer
Director of KJA Group Holdings, holds a BSC Property studies degree from the University of Cape Town. He has near a decade of experience and expertise in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial property development. Nols is a keen entrepreneur with many business interests. His in-depth knowledge of the business environment is a key role player in the success and development of KJA Group Holdings.
Dr Tersia Kotzé
Partner KJA Group Holdings, holds a Doctrate Degree in Nursing Education. From 1990 to 1999 Tersia assisted her husband, Nols Kotzé (Snr), in the marketing and sale of Sectional Title and Cluster developments on the West Rand under the KJA banner. For the past 15 years Tersia has been active as an estate agent for Jawitz Properties in Bryanston and specialises in the marketing and sale of Sectional Title and Cluster units. Tersia has every year for the past 15 years been named as one of the top ten agents in Jawitz Properties nationally.
Andre de Kock
Chief Financial Officer
Partner at KJA Group Holdings, is a Chartered Accountant (SA). He has five years commercial experience as a financial manager at Autonet (a division of Transnet) and was the co-founder and financial director of Strategic Logistical Alliance (Pty) Ltd (now called Savino Del Bene South Africa (Pty) Ltd). During the past 15 years André practised as a registered auditor in a private audit practice he founded in 2001. He joined KJA Group Holdings on 1 April 2013 as Chief Financial Officer.
Finance and Administration
Michelle Schutte has a large educational background encompassing of a Higher Diploma is Business Management, Diploma in Financial Management; Diploma in Human Resources Management; Diploma in Personnel Management and Training and she is a Certified Bookkeeper.
Michelle Schutte encompasses all of her abilities into being the Group Accountant of all the companies within the KJA Group. In addition Michelle Schutte play the biggest role in the administration side of KJA Group Holding which involves setting up and maintaining all of the administration systems within the group.
Servaas van Gils
Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operating Officer at KJA Group Holdings, qualified with a Higher National Diploma in Construction Management in 1971 and spent 20 years in the construction industry in senior management positions. Projects include Ponte Centre, No 1 Military Hospital and J G Strydom Hospital. He joined Basil Read in 1986 and started their residential development company and was later appointed as Managing Director in 1991 which was held until 1996. He started his own Project Management company in 1997. Servaas has extensive experience in affordable housing, residential housing developments, town planning, marketing and sales. Over the past 12 years he has project managed KJA Group Holdings township developments and is currently the Chief Operations Officer of the group.
Financial manager at KJA Group Holdings, obtained his Bcom Honours Degree in Financial Management in 2012 from the University of Johannesburg. Thereafter, he studied further and has acquired his Chartered Management Accountancy Qualification in 2014.
